Tucker's Arms 1

Dalwood probably started out as a small settlement in a forest clearing around 1195. From this humble beginning it has developed into one of the most vibrant villages in the South-West of England. It has a reputation for being a lively, friendly place to live or to visit, and is within easy reach of other attractions such as Lyme Regis and the World Heritage Jurassic Coast; Dartmoor and the Blackdown Hills.

Road, rail and air links are excellent. Axminster (4 miles) is on the line from London Waterloo, whilst Exeter International airport is thirty minutes away.
